Scope of Work:
• Part of the integrated design team. Viewing the design drawings and package, and commenting on the scope before awarding the package to the contractors.
• Evaluating the companies before awarding, and raising the recommendations to the higher management.
• Evaluating the contractors’ submittals and their offers to assure that the material and packages are complied with the GREEN requirements of Dubai municipality.
• Doing a factory visits and productions’ evaluation before sending them to the sites.
• Designing the finishing details and approving the site mock-ups, for the fit out and interior projects.

Scope of Work:
• A member of the integrated design team in the initial stage of the project before developing the shop drawings.
• Managing the implementation process of the Quality Program and Quality plan of the project.
• Managing and responsible of the project samples and mock-ups’ approvals.
• Developing the Quality Program for the independent surveillance and audit of the project for compliance with procedures and requirements, as well as the documentation of compliance and corrective action.
• Studying the project’s specification and generating the Method statement for the activity which under scope of work.
• Monitoring the construction team’s progress of the site activities.
• Leading a team of the critical site inspection activities.
• Monitoring the non-compliance sectors to the contract/specifications, and handling the effective closing-out.
• Conducting periodic inspections at the manufacturing facilities to ensure necessary QC measures are implemented.
• Generating a new ITPs and Inspection Check List as per ARAMCO’s standards and format.
