Job Description :-

3- To do what the customers request such as ( issuing new card, canceling cards, activating cards, receiving inquiries for increasing limits, creating Internet account for the customers and reading statements using SNA) By submitting the client's request to the The relevant section
4- Deposit of payments for customer account, trading and finance and internet card (cash / checks).
5- Follow-up to the problems which face the customers while Withdraw from the card or purchasing via the Internet
6- Provide customers with all information necessary for applications issued by the Company to let the customers know card balance or even trading via the Internet or cell phones
7- Receiving customer complaints about trading section and Handling the problems that appears to the customers while trading online

9- Writing a daily report to clarify what transactions has been accomplished
