Overview:
Installation for LVSG, MCC and Local control panels.
Ensure that all equipment and electrical works are installed correctly and tested from its technical viewpoint and safety work conditions.
Cables laying, Insulation resistance test, Continuity test and termination.
Cable way installation (Cable tray, cable ladder and conduits).
Installation for field instrument as per project specifications and standard details.
Erection for all electrical parts related to central air conditioning system (DX units and VRV system).
Perform Loop-check, Function test and SAT activities for controls panels and filed devices.
Following Pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (Motor solo run, Mechanical run test, Noise level and Vibration measurement).
Managing operation & maintenance plan and solving operation issues.
Review material approval sheets as per project specs.
Estimating material, take off for which installed at field and the remaining balance at Lay down area.
Implement construction procedures and supervise sub-contractors works.
Ensuring that installation and operations conform to standards and project Specifications requirements.
Hold meetings with subcontractor's electrical engineers to inform them about the corrective actions on the site and handling any problem occur.
Preparing as built for electrical and control drawings.
Punch list clearance and verification.
