Responsible for supervising and managing day-to-day HR operations across company projects and sites, ensuring compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies, and client requirements. The role supports workforce administration, payroll coordination, employee relations, recruitment, and HR reporting to maintain efficient HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily HR operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage employee records, contracts, personal files, and HR documentation.
Coordinate payroll preparation, attendance, overtime, leave records, deductions, and final settlements.
Monitor compliance with the Wage Protection System (WPS) and labour regulations.
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, disciplinary actions, warnings, and investigations.
Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and employee mobilization to projects.
Follow up on visas, Emirates IDs, medicals, labour cards, and other government-related processes.
Prepare HR reports, manpower reports, turnover analysis, and management dashboards.
Advise management on HR policies, labour law requirements, and employee-related matters.
Coordinate with project managers and site administrators regarding manpower planning and workforce requirements.
Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
