Production & Quality Engineer
Resposibilities
•Handling all activities related to Production & Quality control.
•Assuring that the production is following the procedure of the quality control.
•Checking & inspecting the final products by comparing with the required specifications.
•Find out proper solutions for any problem which may effects on the quality of the products.
Production Engineer:
Scope of responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the Director for daily production activities and coordinate with other managers when necessary.
• Controlling the production line of Special Purpose doors (Blast & Security doors), Hollow metal doors and Roll up shutter doors & Ensure that all technical specifications are followed according to approved quality and product standards.
• Handling all production activities start with releasing the orders to production until the delivery of the products and closing the orders using Baan software.
• Managing a team of skilled labors and supervisors manufacturing sign boards & steel structures using latest machines & technologies.
• Generating the programs for Messer Plasma and Oxyfuel CNC cutting machine.
• Coordinating with the Machine supplier & preparing the inquiries for parts, tools & Consumables.
• Supervising maintenance team, and managing its daily activities including ordering parts needed for repairs.
• Calculating the Production Man-hours required for Estimation Department.
• Review and ensure that all technical specifications are followed and executed in accordance with the clients approved shop drawing, specification and requirements.
• Responsible for scheduling and planning of weekly shop loading report and the Status of the orders.
• Control and safekeeping of all incoming and outgoing technical drawing and documents.
• Control inventory of raw material to match with production requirements.
• Prepare and follow up the Purchase orders for items needed for the production department.

Site engineer
Supervising Al- Subeaie Commercial & residential tower project in AL- Khobar and other projects.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementing all details and shop drawing of aluminum cladding, structural glass installed on main façade.

As a fresh graduate getting in to the field of manufacturing and re manufacturing products, I went through different departments to gain a comprehensive knowledge about the process of work.
I started in the production department making daily status production reports for different clients and following up the procedure inside the work shop with taking all considerations for short cut ways for any products that we fabricate or re manufacture.
In additional I worked in services department on preparing technical proposals with assistance of the department head where I learned how to help our clients finding solutions in critical cases such fixing cracks and damaged industrial equipments. .
Training course for seven months part time in
Planning department, preparing of schedules for productions finding out all the needs from raw materials what ever from inventory or from suppliers and trying to meet production department’s requirements.
Also making forecasting for the products for the next year.
Production department, Time study motion for machines & estimated the job process time.
Tracing the problems that every machine produced & solve it to avoid wasting time.
