Electric Express Train (passengers and cargo) from El Ain El Sokhna City on the Red Sea Coast to Marsa Matrouh on the Mediterranean Coast Phase1 600 km Called Green Line, project includes the following activities.
• 23 high-speed/regional stations with an average plot limit of 75000 m2 per station.
• More than 50 km length viaduct bridges along the alignment including Nile crossing viaduct.
• More than 170 million m3 earthwork for embankment construction including different types of slope protection.
• More than 420 culverts /flood protection system.
• More than 120 roadway crossings.
Phase 2 FROM OCTOBER GARDENERS TO ABOU SIMBEL (BLUE LINE) ANDFROM QENA TO SAFAGA (RED LINE) (1400 km), the phase includes the following activities.
• 36 high-speed/regional stations with an average plot limit of 50000 m2 per station.
• More than 30 km length viaduct bridges along the alignment including 2 Nile crossing viaduct.
• More than 200 million m3 earthwork for embankment construction including different types of slope protection.
• More than 920 culverts /flood protection system.
• More than 200 roadways underpass crossings.

Duties include:
• Manage and monitor technical design review process for package 1, assess and approve all deliverables relevant to technical coordination including related arrangement work in timely manner.
• Coordinate and support the resolution of technical issues during the project construction life cycle.
• Ensure the efficient integration of different fittings, elements’, and check the compatibility between the deliverables of the contracting groups.
• Address technical concerns relevant to coordination and associated arrangement works.
• Monitor any changes to the project relevant to coordination process and report each major change to the Client Organization.

• Ensuring that the submissions comply with the design requirements and contract documentations.
• Assist in the Issue the integrated coordination drawings between all contracting groups.

•Duties include supervision over construction processes and activities, as well as staff on site, ensuring tasks are executed on time as required, ensuring daily logs of events associated with the work on site are maintained, witnessing and supervising commissioning and start-up activities, preparing periodical reports and the final acceptance and completion reports, reviewing and presenting contractors, reviewing and approving as-built drawings.
•Project that I have worked in PORT SAID 3 TUNNEL UNDER SUEZ CANAL, Budget 16 Milliard EGP, Main Consultant Systra, The project consists of Two Road Tunnels inner Dia. 11.40 m with length 3km segmental lining and 2 km cut and cover tunnel (including 6 evacuation cross passage)and 6 km Railway Tunnel segmental lining.
•Duties include define and establish detailed project execution phases and sequencing of activities in coordination with the project manager. Conduct daily production planning brief prior to commencing work, maintenance of construction schedules and various resource requirements to meet the required progress and production requirements, review short term weekly / bi-weekly and daily production programmers, agree with project manager and review progress on daily basis. Coordinate with planning and procurement to schedule materials delivery on time, coordination of subcontractors work, perform regular technical and progress / productivity meetings on site, coordinates daily activities with the project manager, consultant, engineers, subcontractors, … etc.
•Projects that I worked in are Potable Water Transmission Pipeline From Khamis Mushyt To Tandaha-Torayb & Al-Arin consists of 70 km DI Pipe Variable Dia. 500/300/200 Included North Khamis mushyt pump station 25000 M3 per day Consultant was Khatib &Alami, Allith under Ground Dame Diaphragm wall variable depth (10 up to 40 m ), thickness 0.8 m subcontractor, Zetas Arabia Foundation Technology, Allith WATER TRATEMENT PLANT Capacity 50000 m3 per day, Water Transmission Project from Hili Dam to Shuaiba Station Phase 2 (83 km Dia.1400 mm Steel Pipe), Consultant was NESPAK.
