Supervising the performance and day to day operations of a food and fashion factories layout, equipment and manpower allocation with an average production of 30 Tons/month and a number of 120 employee.
Leading several projects under the name of " Kaizen Events" in both our factories (food & fashion) with an average of 45 person/Project aiming to utilize the production and manpower in which that cut the overhead costs by 27%.
Building and operating a brilliant Warehouse Management System (WMS) and implementing it in the main warehouse, where that increased: utilization by 40% with fully achieving 7 main KPIs, productivity and accuracy for the warehouse on-ground.
Planning, designing and building a new food factory in Sudair Industrial Lands in conformity to the functions of inbound/outbound operations, workflows between the facility departments and Lean Manufacturing forethought, along with the regulations of Modon, SFDA and PME. The facility design is to decrease the bottlenecking time from 31 mins to 4 mins and raise the bar of production to 74 Tons/Month.
Inaugurating and operating a ticketing system in the maintenance department to semi-automate and simplify the communication in between the departments.
Developing and implementing a semi-automated material handling system in the fashion factory that reduced the manpower traffic and lead time by 25%.
Executing and carrying the food factory through ISO 22000, ISO 9001 and HACCP and applying them with conducting a proper training to the staff and departments related.
Conceptualized and invented a new production line that has 0 overhead costs. The outputs of this line is 32% cheaper to make than on the regular line.
Implementing several Lean Tools to cut the waste and cost as Just in time method, bottlenecking analysis and many more. as a result, the total cost of a regular item dropped by 11%.
Coordinated and managed daily operations as running the production line smoothly, clearing shipments, suppling the inventory and the stores, creating production orders, planning and forecasting for reordering points and ensuring that logistics are running smoothly.
Collaborated and participated with IT on features and functionality improvements of the company's ECommerce that resulted in increasing the sales of the web stores by 80% and doubled the visitors traffic.
