Project Name: NSP WTS & Qunfudah WTS Client: SWCC (Saline Water Conversion Corporation) Role:
• Spearheading quality assurance & control activities related to Electrical, Mechanical, Civil with a team.
• Ensuring QA/QC policies & standards to support proper and smooth execution of all quality related activities in meeting the specified standards and requirements.
• Monitoring preparation of quality procedures, test plan, FAT/SAT plan & methods of statements for both NSP & Qunfudah WTS project As per project specification & client requirements
• Providing assistance to the client for inspection of quality related documents, pre-qualification of Inspector, Vendor / Supplier /Manufacturer
• Maintaining supervision of all visual inspections and NDE, including 3 rd party subcontractors
• Performing production raw material testing and other related testing and ensure testing is in compliance to global standards.
• Fore fronting operations that affect project quality
• Facilitating proactive solutions by collecting and analysing quality data
• Maintaining records of quality reports, statistical reviews and relevant documentation in designated system
• Coordinating all project QA/QC activities with Project Teams along with Project Management & Business representatives
• Conducting quality audit as per QMS
• Developed Systems Quality Control by monitoring incoming material inspection, in-process and final inspection of procedures, records & ISO 9001-2015 documentations.
• Developing processes to ensure smooth establishment of product globally.
• Conducted audits for process compliance. Ensuring adherence to ISO, (9001-2015) QMS standards
• Evaluating vendor performance to ensure supply of quality material.
• Implementing various tools techniques for cycle time reduction and entailing identification of opportunities, analysis of data, conduction of tests, cost benefit analysis, implementation & post audits (internal & external)
• Managing and Controlling TOD documents as per client (SWCC) Procedure.
• Managing and guiding for Preliminary Approval and Asset Handover for the project.
