• Perform essential technical and commercial perspectives on solar PV, wind, battery storage, and green hydrogen technologies, contributing to investment analysis and decision-making processes
• Lead OEM selection and perform technical due diligence for optimal outcomes in the project.
• Conduct financial analysis, including cost estimation and revenue projection, to evaluate the viability of renewable projects.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to facilitate effective project delivery, combining technical expertise and strategic insights
• Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of solar projects, overseeing site assessments, feasibility studies, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Effectively manage cross-functional teams, collaborating with legal, financial, project management, and asset management experts to analyze and execute transactions aligned with departmental objectives.
• Conduct financial analysis, cost estimation, and budgeting for solar projects, evaluating return on investment (ROI), payback periods, and financial viability.
• Drive project development for solar opportunities and oversee the overall management of solar projects.
• Oversee project activities from design to commissioning of Solar PV Plants, leading Project Development and supporting Business expansion.
• Establish schedules and budgets for commercial and utility-scale solar construction projects, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of Solar PV Plants, managing design, procurement, execution, and commissioning while leading Project Development for Business expansion.
• Lead the project activities including designing, engineering, procuring, and constructing Solar PV and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) works for Villas/Buildings.
• Prepare DEWA documents for NOC, Design approval, and inspection, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead the Design, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction of solar projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and timely completion.
• Lead project development and authority discussions for seamless execution of solar initiatives, ensuring compliance and successful project outcomes.
