Leading a team of Officers and trainers, part of the Malomatia team preparing and implementing COPC certification, as Malomatia is the first company in Qatar that get COPC certification. Improved employee retention by adopting a new internal communications methodology and restructured employee benefits, plus communication and training provided to our Clients and Backend from the different governmental entities (More than 20 Entities - MOL, MOEHE, MOJ, etc..)
