▪ Implementing best practices in demand planning.
▪ Leading the S&OP Cycle across all channels.
▪ Sales review and analysis rationalizing sales Gaps and opportunities.
▪ Generating Baseline Forecast for 350+ SKU using best practice planning processes at multiple levels of aggregation.
▪ Analyze brand/ product trends along with changes in marketing and sales plans and adjust Forecast based on it.
▪ Review new launches and Promos from a demand planning perspective and share proactive feedback input.
▪ Review stock availability levels and communicate it with sales, marketing and supplying units for an action plan.
▪ Measure Demand KPI’s (such as Forecast accuracy and stockout) and analyze its effect and root causes to improve and optimize Demand management process.
o Items Availability (FG & RM):
- Plan and handle procurement of more than 120 SKU of Raw materials and finished products worth around 100M import value annually.
- Manage inventory levels and freshness for all product taking into account product supply lead-times, and balancing the risk of lost sales against inventory carrying costs & working capital targets.
- Support in the monthly S&OP meetings concerning promotions, new initiative along with marketing, Sales and logistic.
o Branches Replenishment:
- Plan replenishment orders considering targets, sales history and seasonal sales trends.
- Maintain healthy inventory levels by sku for assigned categories/channels.
- Managing goods movements for different locations according to customer needs in a timely and cost efficient manner.
o Shipment Coordination:
- Source and plan overseas shipment with shipping forwarders (rates, transit time and facilities provided).
- Close follow-up to ensure smoothness of operations (loading, booking and on time shipment).
- Communicate shipment arrival with clearance team to ensure smooth clearance and receiving.
o Production Planning:
- Conduct production plans ensuring optimum utilization of resources and prompt response to the market requirement.
- Coordinate new lunches and promotion activities with Marketing and Sales.
