Support Oracle Customers having E-Business Suite around the world to maintain /apply application patches /AutoConfig /Tech Stack patches/define & schedule concurrent requests/troubleshooting different problems / ensure application availability...................etc.

In depth working knowledge of Oracle 8i, 9i and 10g using SQL, PL/SQL, SQL Plus, SQL Loader, Functions, Triggers, Procedures, packages ……..etc.)/ using none Oracle products like Plsql-Developer, Toad.
User Management & Security, Maintaining the Control Files, Redo Log Files, tablespaces and data Files & Managing Users, Privileges, Roles, Password Security and Resources using Oracle Tools like Oracle Enterprise manager or None Oracle Tools like Toad.
Install Oracle Database Server (different versions 8i, 9i and 10g) on different operating systems (windows different versions & Solaris different versions).
Using different methodologies to move the Oracle databases from server to another (export /import, Backup/ Restore and clone database) Oracle database & providing Backup/Restore scripts through RMAN.
Managing backup/restore strategy & managing the RMAN/Recovery Catalog database & administering the Tape Library backup.
Managing Database Storage and capacity planning.
Upgrade Oracle Database versions & Database performance /tuning.
Participation in implementing a disaster recovery project using storage foundation and veristas replicatior.
Interface between the In-house application and the Oracle Financial Application and the IBM Point of Sales system
Upgrade the In-house application from Oracle Forms&Reports 6i to Oracle Forms&Reports 10g web enabled.
