Responsibilities:
• Project Planning and Scheduling: Create comprehensive plans and schedules to guide the construction projects progress.
• Budget Management: Oversee project finances, control costs, and track expenses to stay within budget.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with all involved parties to ensure alignment and address concerns.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could impact the projects success.
• Quality Assurance and Control: Enforce quality standards and ensure adherence to regulations and industry best practices.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently manage resources like labor, equipment, and materials to maintain workflow.
• Health, Safety, and Environmental Compliance: Prioritize safety, health, and environmental guidelines throughout the construction process.

1- The Pearl Showrooms - LA24 Client: United Development Company (UDC) - The Pearl Disciplines: Infrastructure, Civil, Architectural, MEP, Structural Budget: 100M QAR 2- Sheikh / Hamad Bin Thamer Al Thani Palace Client: Shk. Hamad Bin Thamer Al Thani Palace Budget: 84M QAR
3- Porto Arabia Tower 10A - The Pearl Disciplines: Fitout, Civil, Architectural, MEP Client: Abu Dhabi Bank & Univest Budget: 250M
Responsibilities:
• Project Oversight: Supervise and coordinate construction activities to ensure project objectives are met.
• Schedule Management: Develop and manage construction schedules to achieve timely completion.
• Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, and optimize resource allocation.
• Team Leadership: Lead and motivate construction teams, including contractors and subcontractors.
• Quality Management: Ensure construction work meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Safety Enforcement: Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect workers and stakeholders.
• Communication: Facilitate clear communication among project stakeholders to maintain alignment and address issues.
JOB
Responsibilities: − Characterization and use of chemical Construction Materials like (Surface Treatments materials & Grouts and Anchors materials & Flooring materials & Concrete Repair materials & Protective Coatings materials & Sealants materials & Waterproofing materials & Grouts materials & Epoxy Adhesive Grout and Mortar materials) for several projects construction in most of the governorates of the Republic. − Characterization and use of Concrete Admixtures like (Accelerating Plasticiser & Air Entraining Admixtures & Superplasticisers & Waterproofing Admixtures & Plasticisers - Water Retarders) for concrete mixing plants in most of the governorates of the Republic − Ensure that correct work processes are implemented to ensure work is completed as per specifications. − Ensure that Work Procedures and Method of Statements for all used materials are prepared and followed during work execution.

1- Construction of Residential Building in Sidi Barani Client: Egyptian Army Budget: 5M LE
Responsibilities:
• Site Inspection: Conduct regular inspections to ensure construction activities adhere to design specifications and safety standards.
• Material and Resource Management: Procure and manage construction materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.
• Structural Analysis: Perform calculations and analysis to ensure structural integrity and safety of constructed elements.
• Permit and Regulatory Compliance: Ensure projects comply with local regulations, building codes, and permitting requirements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project coordination and successful outcomes.
