Duties:
A) Preparing & Editing Contracts
Preparing & editing contracts after receiving the Client’s details.
Contact the client once the contract is ready.
Meet the clients & respond to their inquiries & questions.
Solve all issues if the clients have any doubts to close the deal.

D) Collection & Credit Control
Contact Clients whom payments are due & overdue.
Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards.
Update the all actions in the system & excel sheet.
Prepare weekly & monthly reports for the finance department.
E) Government Ambassador
Prepare all necessary documents & meeting the clients at the Dubai Land Department to finalize mortgage process.
Visit the Dubai Land Department on a regular basis to ensure that our applications and & requests are being handled properly.
