Designing and implementing enterprise solutions for the projects as part of the digital development portfolio, as well as advise as SME. Mentor developers, automation testers and DevOps engineers to create the best solution for the customers and bring business value as part of every iteration. Helping to close the gap between business problems and technology solutions, I have been designing enterprise solutions for the digital channels including, as well as, decouple integration solution using identity management, authentication and authorization models using OAuth2 ForgeRock and SAML tokens to integrate cloud to on-premises active directory. Moreover, designing and implementing security patterns to decrease the vulnerabilities, also, integrating with fraud engines.

Lead project - 25 Developer under my supervision
Create the architecture for the digital wagering platform in Tatts "ubet.com" using a distributed cache strategy, bus messaging architecture and event sourcing pattern. As a technical lead I am responsible for the architecture, development, unit testing, automation test, documentation and maintenance of internet service applications, in accordance with established standards, procedures and policies. This is to provide the maximum availability and performance of all Internet services. I should maintain a high level of technical expertise and customer service to sustain support, operational and business requirements. As an agile solutions architect I need to mentoring more junior staff and managing wider bodies of work are necessary skills to have. They are also expected to evaluate and integrate new technologies to keep solutions modern, and to drive automation of all delivery tasks. Additionally, as part of the digital transformation journey I was in charge to promote a culture of trust and delivery mindset, I have archived this successfully leading the projects with tangible business outcomes as part of every sprint and mentoring the team with agile coaches. In order to test new ideas or complex problems, a proof of value/concept needs to be created, including analysis, logical solution and implementation to validate the design of the hypothesis. As well, I design the automation suits, helping improve continuous integration and continuous deployments.
