•Prepares Bid Package/Documents for Engineering
Procurement & Construction (EPC & Lump Sum
Turnkey Projects) projects.
•Evaluates the Technical Bid Proposals and Commercial Proposals of the lowest bidder for the Turnkey Contracts & EPC projects
•Prepares Technical Evaluation Report for project tendered.
•Conduct Post Bid Clarification Meeting
•Conduct Job Explanation meeting to discuss the Scope of work and Technical Specification.
•Prepares Bid Package, attend/reply Technical Bid Clarification and Pre- Bid Clarifications.
•Review tender documentation and identify the key elements of the proposal in accordance with Company policies & procedures and commercial best practice.
•Review Commercial/Technical proposals to clients including the applicable list of deviations (Clause by Clause compliance of the clients).
•By working in cooperation with category lead, supports the category management & development and implementation of sourcing strategies, through research and analysis.
•Supports category leads in the development and implementation of sourcing strategy
•Collects & analyzes data for demand management and conduct impact assessment analysis
•Researches and analyzes internal and external data to support the sourcing process
•Conducts spend analysis
•Performs calculation on industry & supplier cost models and TCO models
•Performs supplier analysis including supplier financials and capabilities (products / services, quality levels)
•Provides analytical support during the supplier screening and selection process
•Assists in the development of RFI to collect supplier information
•Analyzes RFI responses and provide input for supplier screening
•Assists in the development of RFP and develop consolidated overview of all suppliers proposals, score supplier responses
•Prepares fact based negotiation package
•Supports category leads in implementing contract & ensure contract compliance
•Supports category leads in benefits measurement.

•Prepares Bid Package/Documents for Transmission/Substation/SVC BI projects, customer funded and Lump Sum Turnkey Projects and EPC projects

•Evaluate Technical Bid Proposals and Commercial Proposals of the lowest bidder for the Turnkey Contracts EPC projects

•Prepares Technical Evaluation Report for project tendered.

•Conduct Post Bid Clarification Meeting with all the bidders for
single stage & two stage bidding.
•Conduct Job Explanation meeting to discuss the Scope of work and Technical Specification.

•Prepares Bid Package, attend/reply Technical Bid Clarification and Pre- Bid Clarications.

•Assist in managing the process of reviewing the project in all stages from proposal preparation (scope of work and technical specifications submitted by pre-qualified contractor) to pre-commissioning and commissioning the facility;

•Tendering, Procurement, Bid Evaluation Conversant with International Codes (IEC, IEEE, SEC standards etc) & Standards, Safety rules and standards for construction.

•Assist in managing the operational disturbances that affect the transmission system and provided solutions to improve its performance.

•Maintaining the repository of all contract documentation

•Preparing the joint venture and subcontract agreements by coordinating with the commercial managers

•Maintaining the list of contractors and external vendors

•Identifying the technical specification of the technical contract

•Ensuring the contract terms, thus confirming the business requirement

•Developing, coordinating and regulating all the aspects of production which includes manufacturing methods

•Research on the clients' design proposals, specifications and manuals by further evaluating feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements

•Supervising the production workers, technologist, technicians, and junior engineers

•Establishing and coordinating the maintenance, safety procedures, service schedules, and material requirements

•Estimate the costs and submit the bits for various extraction projects and prepare the contract documents

Tendering, Basic Design, Specification, Procurement, Conversant with International Codes (IEC, IEEE etc) & Standards, Safety rules and standards for construction.

•Review of Pre-Bid documents/Project Design Packages (Drawings and Scope of Work) prior to final approval for contract bidding and implementation.

•Involved in the correspondences regarding technical evaluation on OHTL and Substation

•Responsible for technical supervision in the fields of construction of transmission line
.
•Preparation of detailed technical specification, as applicable.
•Coordinate the activities of the company with the schedule of the project consultant for the sequence of pre-finished panel’s erection works.

•Prepare one - week and two - week look ahead schedule for monitoring purposes during the regular coordination meeting with the consultant.

•Takes weekly and monthly progress of the project as basis for monthly billings.

•Initiates Change Orders for Additional Works not included in the scope of original contract.
