Preparing Construction Schedule Bar Chart, Quality Control, Bar Bending Schedule & Comparative Statement making, Follow up Material Inventory so that Smoothly run Construction work. Billing and inspection.

Project includes 50 bed OPD Building, 1000 sft, 800 sft & 600 sft Particularly 2, 2 & 3 Storied Building and Repairing of existing OPD building.
RESPONSIBILITIES
I took the whole project as Site Engineer. I monitored and ensured that the development is done as per the specification without violating government standards. I coordinated and supervised engineers, contractors, staffs under me and made the process clear that I get the report of daily activity of each staff by end of day.
