• Communicate problems noticed in the Schedules to the respective Contractor’s Planning Engineer and follow-up corrective actions.
• Submit review with management and get approval.
• Follow-up Project Progress and demand for Remedial Action Plan from the contractor if necessary.
• Review the request of the Extension of Time limit (EOT) submitted by the contractor.
• Review other claims submitted by the Contractor.
• Prepare Schedules, Manpower Histogram and S Curve for new tender submissions.
• Prepare Design Schedules in MS Project for internal use of Design unit for new Projects and follow-up.
• Alert the Management on all construction Project milestones & follow-up Civil Defense & Other Approvals.
• Visiting Construction site, discuss & resolve issues with contractor’s Planning Engineer.
