a. Coordinating and monitoring process activities and ensure compliance to plan by considering efficiency, quality and EH&S aspects.
b. Monitor the quality of product, analyses shutdown reasons and customer complaints. Ensure timely corrective action up to these studies.
c. Create Process and Energy KPI’s, monitor and control them and then take corrective actions. Considering these parameters/targets create KRA’s and distribute these to team by making KRA matrix.
d. Develop specific energy consumption indexes for whole production, and monitor them daily weekly and monthly and create action list considering these indexes. Prepare reports to management and central team considering these indexes.
e. Develop performance standards’ to unit operations
f. Implementing energy recovery (saving) and water reduction projects.
h. Coordinating of Capex projects from planning, budgeting, basic engineering to start-up with PPD methodology considering project portfolio management.
ı. Prepare department Capital, Operating and 5 Year Plan budgets, and monitor/control expenditure including plant overall Energy budget studies and follow-up.
i. Energy market survey for supplier and tariff alternatives and take necessary actions.

A. Project Phase (Project Lead)
• Selection of nitrogen system, fluidized bed dryer system, distillation columns, polymerization reactors, process pumps and heat exchangers. (M&E balance, datasheets, procurement and then installation)
• Process operator and technician selection in Turkey.
• Process Technology Transfer and Trainings to Technicians at Thailand.
• Piping control
• At start-up time, responsible from commissioning of chips plant equipment. Calibration of equipments, setting the process parameters, worked on operational trouble-shooting and coordination of employee.
B. After Start-up
• Responsible from feeding of raw material, paste preparation, esterification, polycondensation (polymerization), chips cutting, raw material (distillation) of chips production.
• Monitor the process conditions and ensure compliance to plan
• Monitor the quality of product and ensure timely corrective action -Maximize A grade production and minimize wastage
