Develop appropriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interviews are conducted efficiently and equitably for pre-selection/pre-interviews.
Contact candidates from existing data base and responses from advertisement and walk - in’s and conduct pre- selection/ pre - interviews.
Prepare Job and Mobilization sheet with relevant Job Code.
Collect all original Documents from selected candidates (PCC, medicals and snaps).
Preparing job offer folders of selected candidates containing (Offer Letter, Visa, Snaps, PCC and Medical) and also maintaining scanned copies (Passport, offer letter, Medicals).
Other duties as assigned by Executive Director.

After getting the visa from the clients sending the visa for medical fitness stamping to the medical center
Sending documents (Visa, medical report, GP letter, passport, Arabic contract, PCC) for visa stamping and emigration to vendor

Calling candidates to hand over ticket and other documents
Contact client for ok to board message and pickup arrangement
