Clearing and purging the plant and equipment and hand over it to maintenance.
Keeping records of production figures, utility consumption, inventory and supply.
Operation & Optimization of distillation towers, synthesis reactor & troubleshooting of process.
Boiler operation & steam supply monitoring for internal & external plant.

Aromatic Benzene plant
Start-up of Aromatic Benzene plant from field and DCS.
Starting up Pumps, Compressors, Furnaces and distillation column.
Safe and efficient operation of Benzene Plant as per Standard operating Procedure.
Clearing and purging the plant and equipment and hand over it to maintenance.
Controlling plant parameters through DCS Honeywell (TDC-3000).
Aware & Operate Dynamic Matrix Control ( DMC
