stakeholders (universities, schools, institutes, recruitment agencies).
* Supervise and follow the different recruitment reportings.

* Lead individual interviews, promotion commissions, career committees and internal
assessments.
• HR Development :
* Analysis of the quality of HR development tools and propose any necessary improvements
* Manage projects related to the employer brand
* Participate in the development of related policies: career management policy, mobility
and job weighing.
* Updated repositories (job descriptions, internal HR processes, organizational units, etc.).
* Analyze HR activities and processes
* Manage the definition and optimization of professional development processes: mobility,
promotion, integration, training

• Recruting and Mobilities :
* Coach and support a team of recruitment and pre-screening officers (17 employees between the 3
countries).
* Anticipate, define and monitor the recruitment needs of production sites with internal clients.
* Analyze the various positions to be filled and establish the appropriate research strategy and
approach.
* Develop, expand, maintain and evaluate partnerships and agreements with different stakeholders
(universities, schools, institutes, recruitment agencies).
* Create a pool with high potential to meet needs and reduce recruitment process.
* Facilitate individual interviews, promotion commissions and internal assessments.
* Supervise and follow the different recruitment reportings.
* Consolidate the Phone Group employer brand by participating to the various recruitment-related
events (Forums, conferences, etc.)
* Ensure balance between internal mobility demands and recruitment needs.
• HR Development :
* Participate in the analysis of the quality of HR development devices and propose any necessary
improvements
* Participate in the development of related policies: compensation policy, career management,
mobility and job weighing.
* Updated repositories (job descriptions, internal HR processes, organizational units, etc.).
* Analyze HR activities and processes
* Lead the definition and optimization of professional development processes: mobility, promotion,
integration, training in coordination with the training department
* Contribute to the advancement of projects related to HR development
RH IT :
* Participate in defining the specifications of the various HRIT projects
* Co-pilot HRIT projects (scoping, progress monitoring and implementation)
* Provide support to users and facilitate training actions
