Petrofac is leading a joint venture with Samsung Engineering Co Ltd and CB&I Nederland BV. The project is worth US$3.7 billion, of which Petrofac’s share is US$1.7 billion.
The lump-sum engineering, procurement and construction scope of work includes the provision of 19 new refining units at Mina Abdulla, the revamping of five existing units at the Shouaiba refinery site and the accompanying inter-refinery transfer lines.
Responsible for development of Database.
Monitoring progress during construction, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning period.
Development and maintaining of Mechanical Completion Dossier, Ready For Commissioning and Start up Dossier.
Population of Database and providing a daily reports for the whole project.
Entering of Punch List to the Punch List database and generation of daily report.
Follow up of Completion handover certificates as a part of accept deliverables.

Responsible for IT projects (Planning and Cost Control )in the head office .

Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Provide planning and cost controlling support for all projects which includes variation reporting, monitoring of milestone progress to the preparation of customer billing processes, etc
Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring
Ensure effective project implementation and utilize productive reports from the creation of WBS with the use of project management system to monitor the status of all purchases, invoicing and delivery up to the closure of the project.
Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work.
Attend project meetings and discussions with the PMT and external clients.
Perform project costing related reporting to the team and management’s review on a monthly basis to ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget.
Provide cost control and planning advice to the internal PMT team as and when required.
Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Working as Turnover Operator with turnover team for PETROFAC Elmerk Site JI-195, Algeria. Elmerk is a 2.6 Billion $ worth project handled by PETROFAC for the development of oil and gas.

Responsibilities;
• Responsible for development of Database.
• Monitoring progress through Entry of Punch list during construction, Pre-Commissioning and commissioning period.
• Development and maintaining of Mechanical Completion Dossier, Ready For Commissioning and Start up Dossier.
• Assistance to certification engineer.
• Collection of engineering drawings from different disciplines.

• Maintaining records of Latest revision of drawings.

• Maintaining record of As built Drawings.

• Population of Database.

• Development of Mechanical completion, Pre-Commissioning and Start Up Dossiers.

• Issuing of Check and Test sheet as per Database

• Entering of completed check sheet to the database and generation of daily/ weekly reports.

• Entering of Punch List to the Punch List database and generation of daily report.
