Provide a warm welcome and personalized service to guests.
Ensure the briefing and the rooming is done as per the hotel standards.

Strong communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Opera, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Ability to work under extreme pressure.
