•Diagnose the clients' specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
•Organize holiday trips from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rentals, and transportation etc.
•Use promotional technics and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
•Assist clients with administrative formalities (passport, visa, filling forms, etc...)
•Manage claims and refund requests.
•Solve customers' issues.
•Achieve profit targets

Plan and sell plane tickets, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
•Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them appropriate destination, modes of transportations, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
•Provide relevant information, brochures and posts (tourist guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc...) to travelers.
•Book transportation, hotel rooms and collect payments.
•Use promotional technics and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
•Handle travel problems, complaints or refunds.
•Attend travel seminars to remain updated with tourism trends.
•Insert and update data into our software and maintain client files.
•Network with tour operators.
•Maintain statistical and financial records.
•Meet profit and sales targets .

Assist clients in booking flights based on their preferences and budget.
•Provide recommendations for the best flight options based on clients' travel itinerary and needs.
•Handle flight reservations, including issuing tickets and confirming flight details.
•Ensure that clients have the necessary travel documents, such as passports and visas.
•Manage changes and cancellations to flight bookings as requested by clients.
•Coordinate with airlines to resolve any issues or problems that arise with flight bookings.
•Keep up-to-date with airline policies, regulations, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
•Provide excellent customer service by addressing clients' questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
•Process payments for flight bookings and maintain accurate records.
•Work closely with other travel agents and travel providers to ensure seamless travel arrangements for clients.
