1. Provision of concept designs/drawings/proposals to demonstrate the functionality and
technical concept of big scale projects including aviation, ports, public infrastructure,
medical facilities, private palaces…etc.
2. Responsible of detailing project scopes, bills of quantity, proposal documentation and costing for more complicated design-build projects.
3. Costing projects based on clients; requirements and after contacting suppliers of different brands to attain competitive prices and offers.
4. Technical evaluation of requests for proposal and validation of tenders.

A- Video Conference
1. Design Smart Rooms (Audio/Video/Control/furniture).
2. Controlling all room components, connectivity, and advanced content sharing (Control any device in a meeting room using IP, USB, RS, Serial…).
3. Videoconferencing codec systems (Polycom, Cisco…)
4. Control the smart room through programming technique.
5. Installation of all the components in a smart room.
6. Silex software installation
7. Travel to install projects and to train customer to be able to use the system
8. Prepare tenders for new projects
9. Prepare technical documents for each customized room
10. Provide technical support when needed

B- IT Role
1. Office 365 admin
2. Installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft windows (XP/7/8/8.1/10)
3. Experience SIP, H323, IP phones (Digium).
4. Controlling and managing storage, IP switchers, firewalls, routers, APs, PBX, printers…
5. Network cabling and labeling
6. Fixing and formatting PCs for staff
7. Provide technical support and advice for staff

C- PTE (Panoramic telepresence experience/ A smart video conference system patented by SilexPro)
1. Troubleshooting the PTE (Panoramic telepresence experience), a PC based system/window 10.
2. Travel to china as a Quality Control engineer over the PTE innovation.
3. Remote controlling from Lebanon across different countries (TeamViewer) to install software on the PTE systems or to provide technical support.
4. Participated in developing a new additional part of the system, voice recognition and tracking system.
5. Develop motorized lifts for the PTE system

1- Study advanced telecom architecture in details (ex; LTE, 4G, 3G+, WCDMA, GSM...)
2- Do presentations about the above topics in order to be able to fit Sales-Engineer positions.
