• Contact Suppliers to make daily orders (i.e. food, beverage and general items).
• Purchase products and items according to purchase request and only from approved suppliers and by respecting par levels
• Request information from suppliers, such as delivery time, availability at all times.
• Post purchase requisitions on system.
• Follow up with suppliers for deliveries.
I was responsible of the employees attendance, filing, and monitor employees attitudes during their shifts, and directly report to the Human Resource Manager.
