I am holding the position of Dir of Safety& Security ensuring the below
•Manage the whole implementation, writing of Loss Prevention and Crisis Management manual to suite the specific property. Recruitment of correct personnel, permanent and none permanent outsourced
•Provide training in Safety and Security of all 460 employees, Crisis Management Training and overall teamwork and building of all staff.
•Ensure that the security department is fully operational and all necessary documents and equipment was in working order prior to opening.
•Achieved this with record of no losses o the company prior to opening in spite of numerous valuable stock and equipment being delivered on a daily basis.
•Access control creating all files for new Security Department and team
•Training of all employees / orientation in Security Requirements
•Resolving choice of business partner for Security Team and complying with contract requirements
•Creating policies and procedures and updating them
•Installation / Placement and operation of CCTV room training of all new hired staff and evaluating their performance.
•Close relationship with Minister of Communication for walkie-talkies and radio communication in UAE.
•Achieved in being assigned license and right to proceed with usage of warlike talkies prior to opening of the hotel.
•Access control for contractors / staff and deliveries.
•Resident and apartment access and security control.
•Office parking and control of construction team for the offices.
•Create relationship with local police and senior management.
•VIP arrangements for consulates and ambassadors staying in the hotel.
•Internal Security Audits, Security Audits of Rotana hotels
•Update CCTV system to comply with new law requirements, Evacuation system testing and training of staff at new properties and sister hotels ensuring that there is consistency in exercise.
•Change of outsource security company and training of team members
