• Expected to conduct research in respect of various legal matters, court's precedents, jurisprudence and all other legal subjects and inquiries and liaise with external lawyers in handling courts and arbitration cases, rent committee cases, reviewing memorandums among others.
• provide legal advice, opinions and assistance to all departments and to its subsidiaries in respect of various matters pertaining to commercial, civil, real estate, criminal, corporate, IP, IT, financial matters and in general respect of any and all other federal and local laws and regulation.
• Assist in preparing files for court cases such as conducting legal research and gathering relevant information to the case.
• Prepare and manage regular legal summaries and reports.
• Manage disputes, litigation and arbitration cases, court procedures and enforcements in coordination with external law firms
• Monitor and analyze new legal and legislative updates and amendments.
• Generally handle and provide full legal assistance as required for the Legal Department.
• Carry out duties given by the Head of Legal faithfully and diligently and follow all reasonable instructions.
