Preparation of Variation & get Certification from the Engineer / Employer.
 Rate analysis for the varied work.
 Preparing Monthly (interim) valuations & final account and get certifications in accordance with Contract.
 Reviewing Site Instructions/Inspection reports/Engineer Instructions/ shop drawing comments and submits variation and delay notifications to the Engineer in accordance with Condition of Contract if applicable.
 Reviewing Sub Contractor’s claim and issue payment certificate as per sub contractor’s contract agreement.
 Budget preparation, Compared the actual cost against budget and exercised control of budgets
 Preparation of cash flow,
 Project analysis and forecasting with CPI & SPI,
 Preparation of documents for Litigation / arbitration.
 Regular communications with project management team to ensure commercial controls are in place.
 Undertook Work measurements (POMI/CESMM3) and prepared monthly valuation
