As Sales Engineer
• Increase client database by cold calling, up-selling, cross selling and mapping client
• Identifying potential clients and gathering data on current projects handled by them
• Propose solution to client for ongoing project and operational requirements to support their activity
• Submission of quotation, commercial negotiation followed by job award
• Execution, job completion and invoice submission
• Achieving monthly and year budgeted income profit


As Project Engineer:
• Responsible for delivering maximum productivity within specified time frame and budget by ensuring quality standards that far exceeds client expectations.
• To plan, organize and manage all project activities to achieve ultimate goals & desired results.
Project Supervision
• Based on the agreed project requirements, development of method statement in liaison with engineers, managers and technical heads, in order to meet client’s requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate with the applicators regarding project scope, requirements and method statement to ensure compliance.
• By following the developed method statement, providing supervision for application of anti-corrosion products, Insulation & Coating, Bio remediation solutions and Green Solutions.
Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
• Before application, inspection of product to be used as well as area of application to check whether these conform to specified requirement.
• During application, continuous monitoring of parameters prescribed in method statement.
• After application, final inspection of all parameters, to check whether these conform to the customer requirement and method statement.
• On identification of non conformance, to initiate appropriate corrective/preventive actions in order to meet desired level of quality.
Compliance with HSE requirements
• Implement HSE systems to ensure safe and healthy work environment.
• Identify any potential hazard / aspect onsite and reporting to management of TUNB as well as client.
• To hold unsafe activity that may lead to incident and resume after it is rectified.

a. Review of customer requirement through personal visit in order to have clear understanding of their problem.
b. Coordination with technical heads for project planning based on customer’s requirement.
c. Carry out estimation of product quantity to be used for preservation project.
d. Act as an intermediary between customer & business development team on all matters related to purchase order; contract/agreement, follow up, product delivery and transportation.
e. Inspection of VCI products & industrial lubricants received from manufacturing units and provide supervision of product application (when required).
f. After application, carrying out inspection of preserved item to check whether they are properly sealed, free of air gap / wear & tear or any other nonconformance.
g. Maintain and report documented information related to project activities such as, list of parts/mechanical equipment undergoing preservation; product inventory (received / supplied), and data related to quality inspections.

2 Internal Preservation of Water Tube Boiler Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Arranging Hooper machine and hose to connect to the inlet of pipe to fog Rust-X VCI powder inside tubes of the boiler by regulating desired pressure .
3 Preservation of Specialized Pumps for Export KSB Pumps Rust removal from casing of the pumps by using RR-500, use of NN-500 to neutralize the pH of metal, application of VCI film (200 micron), emitter, desiccants and rust preventive (RPO) Oil.
