•Designed internal operation and finance systems that strengthen the internal controls & provides more accurate MIS reports.
•Planning & analysis of financial & tax matters, revenue recognition.
•Overseeing all aspects of financial control in the business.

•Formulation of policies for the organization; Understanding of Special Economic Zone(SEZ) policies with setting up of a unit in SEZ.
•Evaluating and due diligence of various vendors for their selection, negotiation and finalization.
