Account Management:
•Responsible to manage the key clients from Retail, F&B, Government sectors.
•Designing and managing mystery shopping research activity for UAE based major retail brands such as Majid Al Futtaim, Landmark Group, Brands for Less, Regal Group, DIFC. F&B Chains like Jones the Grocer and Pizza Express.
•Responsible for pitching the customized mystery shopping proposals to the clients.
•Based on client’s requirements, implementing series of research activities on periodical basis.
•Tracking the performance of my accounts, identifying the area of service level improvements, reporting suggestions and feedbacks to the clients.
•Helping clients to identify and analyse the matrix and latest service trends, thus clients can take strategic business decision.
•Preparing research reports and analyses. Presenting the reports to the clients during the periodical review meetings.
Research coordination:
•Managing the pool of over 200 mystery shoppers.
•Coaching the research requirements, observation patterns to the Mystery shoppers.
•Designing the mystery shopping activities, allocation of shoppers to individual activities. (based on the client’s requirements, complexity of the research observations).
•Responsible for maintaining the quality of the mystery shopping exercise, organizing regular checks.
•Reviewing the reports submitted by the shoppers, compiling for the research summary.
Post service follow ups with the clients for the payment collections and for the feedback.
