• Initiate and maintain Windows 2003 Servers. Hand on experience of HP DL 360/380 & IBM 35x series servers.
• Active Directory Administration(DHCP, DNS, DFS, Profiles, Home drives,
• Policies & redirecting shares)
• Managing Group policies at different level of AD Hierarchal
• Built and Partial Support Exchange Server’s 2003.
• Initiate and managing SMS Server 2003 to provide remote assistance support.
• Initiate and managing ISA Server 2006.
• Initiate and Maintain Virus Protection Procedures by using Symantec AV Server 10.0
• Printer support(Network and Standalone)
• Supporting third party application (AutoCAD, Primavera, Trimble, Prolink etc.)
• Maintain and manage the I.T. Infrastructure, including the data network, all standard hardware, including servers, and infrastructure software (including operating systems, database management systems, email & standard MS “desktop” software.)
• Initiate and managing Backups to provide Disaster Recovery plans in support of the Business Continuity Plans
• Report performance and review the on-going service
• Make approved changes in order to respond to Users' needs
• Provide Advice, assistance and technical input to client facing teams
