Review and advise Unit Staff on Project Profitability, Estimate and Pricing • Analyze operational and financial data to identify opportunities and risk, determine financial and operational impact and propose recommendations for improvement of financial results. • Make regular reports to the Unit Management on Job Profitability, General Overheads including Variance in Job Estimates and Budgets • Play a lead role in the preparation and presentation of Quarterly forecasts, annual business plans and budgets, to the Unit Management and Head Office. • Serve as the Finance Operations representative to facilitate cross-market and cross-functional resolution of financial, operational, or reporting based initiatives. • Ensure proper financial reporting, analysis, cost control, credit control and Enforce financial policy and administer business rules. • Lead and direct team initiatives and resources, as assigned and Identify and implement plans for own training and development needs • Partner with the managing Director to identify opportunities to enhance or improve financial policy, business process, and share best practices. • Liaise and negotiate, as appropriate, with the Business Partners, Suppliers etc on future service delivery initiatives, Pricing, Credit Periods etc in conjunction with the Unit Management and Managing Director • Ensure timely update of accounting data, safe custody of records and periodic reconciliation of control, bank and intercompany accounts. • Ensure timely and validated settlement of Supplier Billing & Payments and Customer Invoices and Collection Monitoring the budget of all the operation department • Lead and manage the day to to day activities of the collections team. • Prepared Monthly Collections review, Quality Error Analysis Report, Scope of Improvement Report, Monthly Activity Report and devised plans to improve the efficiency and productivity of the process. • Reviewed quality reports signed by staff on Assure net and approved for clearance of Entries on a monthly basis. • Understanding of the KENTZ business and its workflow and created a high performance culture • Analyzed business trends to optimize resource utilization, ensured adherence to all Performance Level Agreement's and work with Business Partners to achieve continuous improvement. • Actively promoted teamwork and shared best practices.
