I am working as a Business Development Manager and responsible for Delivery, Project Execution, Responding to RFP's, Business Analysis, Requirements Gathering, Client consulting, Team building and Application configuration.
Currently Managing Operations, Sales & Marketing department of the Company.

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM & ERP functional consultant, liaising with clients to identify and set priorities to their needs for their business. Through this help customers customize their CRM appropriately. Despite a project’s completion, I extended my services with clients by providing further customer support and troubleshooting when wanted.
Before implementing any Dynamics application I perform a comprehensive analysis (with GAP/FIT) of the customer’s existing System. I then, compile the clients’ specifications and with my technical team we set an accurate estimation together for each project.
