Creating process and structuring for Retail & Manufacturing unit
Functioning as Retail Auditor for the UAE Region with total of 119 shops
Identifying & documenting the processes in terms of procedures, instructions and forms for following departments such as
Retail, Manufacturing, Human Resources (Recruitments and Training) and Quality Control
Developing procedures & delegation (Decision & Activity Matrix) for the Company and Sub departments
Formulating an action plans based on audits
Controlling & overseeing non conformities
Recruitment of Middle and Senior level positions of the client concerned.
To search appropriate candidates from job portals.
Screening Candidate resumes as per hiring criteria.
Getting them short listed from clients.
Line them up for the interview.
Follow ups with candidate.
Responsible for their joining.
Assist in salary negotiations & any mediation between client & candidate.
Responsible for maintaining Call Quality/ASAT/Back office quality taking Client’s SLA’S into consideration.
Responsible for analyzing the fatal defects and non fatal defect and ASAT for Voice and Back office LOB’s.
Doing analyses on ASAT/Back office performance and quality based on data and making action plan accordingly.
Developing and managing the performance of Quality Evaluators.
Responsible for driving process improvement initiatives.
Prepare weekly/ monthly dashboards as per business requirement.
Responsible for organizing weekly and consistent calibration with operations.
Responsible for score cards/ appraisals for the team.
Responsible for hiring QA’s as per business need.
Certified Internal Auditor-Year 2011.
