Supervising the scope of construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordinating for site management activities
Directing the functions like supervision, coordination & review of survey, quality control, mobilization of manpower, materials & equipment, and cost control

• Obtained approvals for work at every stage from Consultants and material samples from consultant before actual purchase
• Coordinated with sub-contractors and monitoring their progress at-site
• Prepare RFT at every Stage of work and get approval from Consultant

• Material Delivery inspection submittal and get approval from Authorities before utilize the material.
• Analyzed approval drawings and specifications to ensure the compliance of works with the drawings & specification
• Planning and scheduling of manpower, equipment and materials.
