 Ensure vendors are empaneled and are working as per defined SLAs.  Ensure all housekeeping responsibilities including storage of files, vault custody, cash management etc. are done as per laid down standards with zero error.
 Provide satisfactory product information and effectively resolve customer issues within the stipulated time.

1)To check Home Loan and Mortgage loan files and sorting queries.
2)Preparing different MIS/ Reports and maintaining the data and old files, Handling credit operations from files login to disbursement .
3) Verification of disbursal documents like Agreements.
4)Mode of Payment and all necessary format as per policy.
5) Coordination with Credit Team, Operations Team, Sales Team and various outsource agencies for reports such as RCU, Valuation, and Legal, Technical etc. 6)Ensure all PDD and OTCs are closed within defined timelines.
7)Ensure service request resolution to be done within TAT.
8)Making loan and disbursement of files and ready to dispatch.

 Managing file processing with ownership of a prospective SBL borrower from login to disbursal within companys designed policy and procedures.

 To Ensure that file is complete as per checklist and compliant to all sanction conditions.

 To Ensure that there are no holds in the file while booking.

 Have to act as a seamless backend support for disbursal.

 Have effective coordination with vendors .

 Do a proper Follow up with the customers post disbursal activity.

 To keep highest current portfolio percentage.

 Maintaining SBL MIS of the customers.

 To Ensure that all prescribed desktop checks are conducted while underwriting the proposal.

 Non Financial Responsibilities Proper effective regular follow up with customer in pre and post disbursals for a prospective SBL customer.

 Organize and Perform the Job responsibility within prescribed TAT.

 Coordination with Vendors. Management of MIS incorporating critical process steps/ positions regarding credit underwriting cycle.

 Compliance & Risk Responsibilities PDD Management and Audit Query resolution.

 Maintaining confidentiality of information obtained from clients.

 Maintain confidentiality of companys information - not to be shared with anybody out of office in any form (Verbal, written, mail or any other form)

3) Do modification as per Carrier Instruction.
4) Create and update policy information.
5) Direct Billing Reconciliation Commission Posting.
6) AMS 360, SharePoint, Outlook, Node.

 Cashier activities, Loan Disbursement(Joint Group Liability/Agriculture Loan/Individual Loan), Operations,
Customer Service, Gold LoanProcessing.
 Credit Risk assessment on loan applications & put up for sanction in accordance to Delegation of Financial
Powers as per Loan Policy.
 Put up Control Reports to the relevant noting authority.
 Check all mortgage documents are in order and Safe keep of Mortgage documents after entering the details.
 Verify loan disbursal transaction done by Executive/Associate Assets.
 Advice changes in the rate of interest & EMI periodically.
 Authorize payment vouchers for the payments in CBS.
 Liaising with Internal & External Auditors, Compliance & Risk Departments pertaining to Retail Loan
Operations.
 Streamlining of LOS(Loan Originating System) and SFDC(Salesforce) system/process.
 Identify Possible Risk and Process Enhancements for Retail Loan Operational Processes
 Safe custody of keys and security items in the vault and cabinets.
 Ensure correct execution of loan documents, ensure correct & prompt disbursement and safe keeping of loan
documents, Maintain all the prescribed registers, Maintain and safe custody of Jana Cards.
 Knowledge of offerings and processes and being updated about changes from time to time.
 Raising of help desk tickets as per requirements.

 Training of Branch Sales on Policies & Processes for Consumer Durables /other Products as & when launched.
 Loan Disbursement, Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the TAT.
 Delivering Approval rate & other critical SLA deliverables. Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs.
 Cashier in resolution for Customer Service queries.
 Provide Feedback to Regional /HO Authorities on Credit / Operations Process / Policies on a regular basis.
 Data Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.
 Coordinate with Sales & ensuring mechanism in place for processing of files within desired TAT.
 Coordination with various HO / Cross functional departments & providing feedback.
 Ensuring Cost within Budget. Ensure quality of services delivered.
 Support in Branch Admin Activities.
 Maintain Minimal Errors in Audit Report published by HO.

• Document Verification, Resolve customer queries and issues, Passport Application Processing, Ensure quality
of services delivered.
• Execute activities to meet the service period SLAs.

• Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct..
• Calculate total payments received during a time period, and reconcile this with total sales.
• Compute and record totals of transactions, Keep periodic Daily Cash Report of amounts and numbers of
transactions, Pay company bills by cash, vouchers, or checks.
