I am currently handling all presales and projects under Managed Security Services. Apart from handling projects I am heading IT Infrastructure and IT Security initiative at global level for SDG and assisting in implementation and management of Organization technology infrastructure, providing Scalability, secure IT workspace for organization growth keeping justified cost. Responsibility Overview:
•Responsible to handle clients of Managed Security team starting from Presales activities, creation of RFP response, Client meetings, defining SOW.
•Onboarding client to Managed Security Services engagements and handing over to BAU team.
•Engage the team to collect client requirements, conduct pre and post engagement advisory, define cybersecurity roadmap, and provide the best proposal that meets the client's ROI needs
•Managing Managed Security Services team.
roll-out etc… o Liaison with client on infrastructure requirement for new product, tool roll-out and ensuring smooth go live. o Continuous performance discussions with Managed Security Services team and ensure resource utilization meets organization requirements for project
•Directed Managed Security Services operational and strategic planning for all our clients, manage connectivity, collaboration tools, Data centre and IT Team.
•Create, own and implement IT Security policies and standards to ensure they are complaint with company/client and external regulatory requirements like ISO27001, PCI-DSS.
•Conduct Periodic Technical / Process Risk Assessments & prepare Risk Treatment Plans.
•Benchmark, analyse and prepare IT Road-Map & plans for the improvement and growth of client IT Infrastructure and IT Systems, based on the scope present it to Senior Management (Managing Director and CEO) for approvals.
•As IT Head: o Manage IT operational and compliance requirements to achieve desired IT state of security and services which improved both customer, client and Intra-departmental relationship leading to improved SLA and TAT for client NPS (Net promoter score). o Managing financial aspect for the IT Department including purchasing, leasing, vendor management, annual budget creation and review. o Identifying best practices for security monitoring, creating and applying practice for log management, setting up SIEM tool (ArcSight), log analyser and collectors to best suit business needs. o Vulnerability Management & Penetration Testing using various security VA / PT Tools to ensure all new vulnerabilities are re-mediated in the system. o Conduct in-depth technical analysis of all systems, governance framework and architecture including disaster recovery and business continuity; delivered gap analysis and recommendations, attaining 99.5% up time. o Design data centre to increase availability, keeping scalability for future, optimize the TCO. o Managed IT staff including hiring, training, conflict resolution, performance coaching and talent management.
