• Managed a high volume of requirements across a variety of disciplines and at all levels
• Responsible for understanding the job specification, Screening & conducting prelim, short-listing & sourcing profiles, telephonic interviews, reference checks for the candidates, Follow ups for the feedback, confirmations and joining.
