Responsibilities :

• As a Sales Executive I am presently handling Sales/Marketing of Topline marks Abrasive products independently.
• Exploring the possibility at new market development with current offer and giving introduction of new product.
• Looking after payment collection.
• Streamline dispatches according to Customers requirement.
• Order Confirmation preparation along with related correspondence.
• Filling up Tenders.
• Reply of the inquiries.
• Giving quotation & making performa invoice.
• To Attend Complaints from customer & take necessary actions to resolve the complaints.
• Regularly follow up with customer about new orders, Payments & “C” Form also.
• SAP process handle individually.
