• Oversee day to day site coordination with the site team and planners.
• Responsible for timely completion of the project within the given time frame and maintaining the quality of Work at all stages as per specifications with HSE management
• Coordination with architects, consultants, clients and vendors/suppliers on-site progress and Co-ordination with Engineering and procurement department.
• Follow-up the clients for the approval of drawings / specifications / Variations / Submittals.
• List down the resource needs for projects after considering the budgetary parameters & the time span of project execution as per client specifies to plan the resource management, prepare a progress report.
• Identifying and taking the necessary corrective action to improve the progress.
• Monitoring and review daily progress with available manpower, material, machinery.
• Planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of construction/interior Projects and ensuring execution of projects within time and budgetary parameters.
• Monitoring the progress of work within time frame with quality and Safety.
• Preparing monthly progress reports and Coordination with the Consultant and Client.
• Inspecting site conditions prior to start of construction activities.
• Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings.
• Checking that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies.
• Preparing daily logs and reports, maintaining records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc.
• Performing all work in accordance with the Manual.
• Prepare punch/snag lists and monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
• Ensure all works are executed according to project requirements
• Observe, check and record works execution is in accordance with approved methods
