Handling a team of 4 people and Managing South region Lubricant deliveries with four Depots (3rd Party Logistics).

Co-coordinating with depot and Customers for timely delivery of the Lubricants

Ensure Forwarded order customers are serviced as per the customer given schedule, If necessary speaking to the credit team for approval of the order & depot for timely dispatch of materials. Ensure the transporter delivers the materials at appropriate site by coordinating with them and customer.

Attending Customer request for amendment/cancellation of Sales order if necessary coordinating with Depot/plant for order cancellations after cut off time, which has already been scheduled.

Managing Customer’s dispute and complaints by providing appropriate resolution within the stipulated SLA Will be highly responsible for meeting team and individual KPI.

Coaching, training and downloading the team whenever there is a change in the process and systems.

Support to liaison with Plant /Depot for the smooth Delivery of the Finished/ packed/ bulk goods. And to ensure all key performance indicators especially CSI (Customer Survey Index) and On Time in Fulfillment (OTIF) is maintained at a satisfactory level.

Nominated as a SUPER USER for GSAP and working as a CAT Tester for all cutover testing as a part of the retrofit of GSAP CRM, R3 and CIM application.
