• Assist in Audit and stock Reconciliations
• Perform stock transfers between warehouse, retail, and other departments in
the system
• Support cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations
• Ensure smooth communication between warehouse, procurement, and site
teams

• Check delivery items with purchase order and invoice
• Verify quantity and quality
• Inspect for damage or expiry
• Arrange items properly in Rack
• Follow FIFO/FEFO method
• Issue items as per requisition slip
• Maintain minimum and maximum stock
• Generate daily/weekly stock reports using MS Excel or ERP systems.
• Maintain documentation for compliance with project specifications and safety
standards.
• Coordinate with procurement teams for timely material availability.
• Report stock status to supervisor
• Inform about low stock or expired items
• Conduct physical stock checking
• Match physical vs system stock
• Report discrepancies
