Job Role in Procurement:
• Material Planning and MR generations as per user department requirements.
• Vendor selection and registration, based on company standards and requirements.
• Floating inquiries through RFQ, RFI or RFP based on the O&M and Project requirements. Sourcing quality and standard materials/services.
• Generating comparative statements.
• Setting up Vendor and user department coordination meet for technical
queries.
• Negotiating on the prices, payment terms and delivery terms to suite best
interest to meet organizational requirements.
• Seeking necessary approvals on the purchase requisitions as per company
approval path.
• Issuing of Purchase Orders to finalized vendor.
• Following up for timely delivery of project material.
• Coordinating with site and vendor/contractor to ensure proper
delivery/execution of ordered material/work.
• Ensuring receipt of complying invoices as per Company & Govt. regulation.
• Processing invoices and generating payment advises/requests.
• Following up for payments and related procedures to close the order for
its entirety.
Job Role in Project & Facility:
• Developing and conceptualizing the building design and details.
• Developing pre-construction design and details.
• Planning O&M services, AMCs and generating PPM related to building
operations.
• Scheduling of services according to Annual PPM plan.
• Planning and managing inventory of O&M related spares.
• Coordinating, setting up and ensuring of smooth conduct of BOD
meetings.
• Monitoring and ensuring presentable facility as per company standards.

• Supervising Erection and Commissioning of 2300 Ton structural
fabrication.
• Ensuring project deliverables are met on planned project schedule.
Job Role in Plant O&M:
• Ensuring operation of Slime recovery plant to reach its production of 60, 000 Tons recovered Iron Ore from waste of main Steel plant per month.
• Preparing Daily Reports, Inventory, Purchase requisitions and Material Receiving for O&M consumables and Process Raw materials.
• Plant production and maintenance related material and spares requisitions. Securing approvals from Senior to Top management based on the cost of PR.
• Health and Safety of the employees and workers.
• Regular safety inspection, conducting tool box talk and safety
awareness meetings at site.
