 Supervise a team of 25 Fragrance advisors & Team Leads and 4 Merchandiser at 12 POS across Middle East.
 Planning proper product mix in line with customer profile.
 Co-ordinate with the respective Duty Free buyers for New listing/De-Listing or issues related to Promotions or Visual Merchandising.
 Actively involved in products development for Travel Retail Exclusive products.
 Assisting HOD in preparing Budgets & Projection.
 Working closely with visual merchandising department to decide how merchandise should be displayed to maximise customer interest and sales.
 Producing layout plans for all the POS.
 Controlling stock levels based on forecasts for the season.
 Analysing every aspect of bestsellers (for example, the bestselling price points, colours or styles) and ensuring that bestsellers reach their full potential.
 Monitoring slow sellers and suggesting actions to reduce prices or set promotions as necessary.
 Gathering information on customers’ reactions to products, or on Competitor’s activities.
 Analysing previous season's sales and reporting on the current season's lines.
 Managing, training and supervising junior staff.
 Supporting the Fragrance Advisors on all the POS to reach & exceed monthly sales target.
 Identifying production and supply difficulties and dealing with any problems or delays as they arise &
 Support the Dept. Head in handling In-Flight business.
