Developing Training Reserch and development programs in accordance with Etisalat annual behavioral Dimensions and Core Competencies .
Evaluate /Employees performance and effectiveness training Programs .
Developing and recommending appropriate instructional methods for development through the designing process training programs
Delivering designed competency based programs for Etislat Retail and Head office Employees .
Deliver specialised training programs to corporations Egypt wide in the following fields: Banks, F&B and Construction. (National Bank of Egypt, Banque Misr, National Société Générale Bank, Crédit Agricole Egypt)
