Leads planning and delivery for all engineering interface management and associated engineering coordination activities in conjunction with development and other delivery partner teams.

Act as the focal point for all communication and coordination between various disciplines, stakeholders, and contractors, ensuring effective collaboration and timely resolution of interface issues.

Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to discuss interface issues and clarify requirements.

Conduct regular interface assessments, including identification of potential risks, mitigation strategies and propose appropriate solutions.

Develop and maintain detailed interface management documents, such as the interface management plan, interface report and master interface register. Facilitate regular meetings and workshops to discuss interface issues and clarify requirements. Knowledge of CIMS (Coreworx Interface Management System).

Oversee and ensures that all structures and infrastructure network interfaces are timely coordinated between disciplines, contractors and stakeholders.

Liaises with the technical design teams to ensure the alignment of their design and delivery schedule, whilst providing expert technical guidance.

Manage the quality of design deliverables. Provide quality standards and technical guidance to the team and implement IDC/IDR, making sure design deliverables comply with quality standards and project requirements. Develops other project documents, processes and procedures required to support quality control and final project deliverables.

Supports the management of end-to-end design review processes across various disciplines, ensuring compliance with project requirements, specifications and standards. Guide teams to ensure adherence to scope and criteria of the review.

Assists in ensuring that review process is completed per delivery schedule. Comments and clarifications are properly documented and relayed to the relevant disciplines.

Lead and document design review workshops, meetings and presentations with relevant stakeholders. Supervise junior design reviewers and ensure the timely submission of consolidated review responses and documentation.

Assists in monitoring and reporting to the PM on the progress of project activities within the assigned project, including significant milestones and any conditions that would affect the project schedule or cost.

Knowledge in BIM coordination and integration using 2D and 3D CAD software.

Acted as Engineering Coordinator tasked with relaying consultant’s written and verbal advice, and coordinating with the PM, CM and site engineers for smooth construction execution. Participate in engineering meetings to discuss and resolve technical issues.

Ensured all site works were in accordance with the latest IFC and approved shop drawings.

Establish CAD standards and render quality checks on subcontractors’ shop drawings.

Responsible for the preparation of shop drawings, material take-off (MTO), based on the latest IFC drawings and standards.

Assisted in the training of junior CAD personnel and ensured that all documentation requirements were executed in a timely and cost-effective manner, in line with project schedules and budget.

Prepare 3D detailed models for coordination, verification and clash checking using AutoCAD and TEKLA software.

Oversaw the checking, dissemination and monitoring of fabrication drawings for accurate and error-free drawings. Ensures that all drawing and documentation requirements are delivered in line with project schedules.

Checker and lead detailer for the fabrication drawings of all steel box girders and cross beams of the NAIA 3 Skyway Project (Ramps 1 & 2).

Prepared fabrication drawings and bill of materials (BOM) for various steel structures.

Prepared rigging plans and methodology for critical structures.

Conducted site visits or field assignments for urgent drawing rectification and modification.

Created 3D models for coordination, clash checking and detailing using TEKLA Structures, Advance Steel and AutoCAD.

Produced fabrication drawings and bill of materials (BOM) of various steel structures.

Provided accurate and quality drawings to ensure their integrity by conforming to AISC standards and other applicable standards set out by the designer or client.

Prepared as-built drawings based on actual field condition.
