Answers telephone system for screening calls, transferring calls, responding to inquiries and taking messages.
➢ Greets individuals entering the building (visitors, parents, students, vendors) for responding to inquiries.
➢ Performs general secretarial and clerical functions (scheduling, copying, faxing, data entry, filing) for supporting office operations.
